There’s something so special about helping a bride get ready on the morning of her wedding - and this particular morning at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort in Liphook was one of those truly memorable ones. Our lovely bride had such an elegant, timeless style in mind, and Kelly was there to bring her hair and makeup vision to life.

Old Thorns is a fantastic venue for a wedding. Set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, it offers everything in one place - beautiful modern rooms to get ready in, stunning grounds for photos, and a relaxed but luxurious atmosphere that brides (and their suppliers!) love. It was the perfect setting for a morning full of happy excitement.

On the day, Kelly styled both the bride’s hair and makeup. The brief was to keep things soft, natural and radiant - and to create an elegant bridal look that would feel timeless in years to come. Glowing skin, subtly defined eyes and a hint of soft pink on the lips gave our bride a naturally beautiful finish that looked effortless on camera and in person.

For hair, Kelly created a chic and elegant updo with soft, face-framing pieces to complement the bride’s stunning gown and classic bouquet. The whole look came together beautifully and really reflected the bride’s understated style.
